Rules of Assassination, Battle, Capture, Forced collaring,
 | Assassination
An assassination is done in a single post.
If this post is not responded to, the assassination is void.
Allowed response time is within two posts from assassins post, maximum response time is being the third post after the assassins.
If responded to, the next post must then be a responding one to the post and in context to that one.
A kill is not void if making fantasy moves, such as jumping several feet into the air, using fireballs or similar, example, “Comes in through the entrance, jumps up 15” into the air as I sink my sword into his heart and land beside him”.
An assassination is completed when a post is made that is responsive to an action and in context with the room’ and mark’ actions.
If the mark in question does not respond accordingly to the assassins’ actions, the mark is killed.
A post of action consists of three moves and no more, moves made above the allowed three ones will be counted as standing still and in that, not void, example, “I stand easy, watching as he makes his move, I pare his blow, (one move), turns, (second move), and slashes his chest, (third move), kicks, (fourth move, not void), him in the chest making him fall backwards, raising (fifth move, not void), my sword above my head, then sinking, (sixth move, not void), into his heart.
If an assassination is made, or in question on either part of the side, the posts are to be made on the board and a ruling will be made by the council.

 | Battle
A battle is a match between two parties in agreement.
The battles are made in two manners.
Death match.
And
First blood.
Both battles are done in same way, with the difference of outcome.
The challenged part has right to choice of weapons.
The combatants each choose two judges to represent them, of which at least one must be of the captains of the site.
Each combatant has three posts, in which three moves are made, any move above the three is considered, as if the combatant is standing still, and in this not void.
In such, there are three rounds.
A round consists of one post made by one combatant and a responsive post by the other.
The challenged part has the opening post.
The posts must be in context or are considered as not made, in this made moot and the combatant is considered as if not moving.
Any fantasy moves made will NOT be tolerated, and in such the match will be forfeited to the opponent.
If after three rounds, in case of death match, the opponent is not considered dead, or there is a draw, one additional round is made.
In case of a death match, a blow so fierce and a deadly wound is made, judges may interact and decide if a blow of mercy is to be granted.
In case of first blood match, the battle is done when judges deem a blow is made to draw blood.
In both manners of battle, the ruling of the judges can be appealed to the council, unless the ruling is unanimous of all 4 judges.
In case of judges not being able to agree on the outcome, the council will assemble and make a ruling, the decision of the council is final and not in any way able to be appealed.

 | Capture/forced collaring
A capture/forced collaring is when a person is caught in such a way; escape is not possible.
A capture/forced collaring is done in three posts, describing the actions of the capture, in context and uninterrupted by the target in mind.
A post must consist of a minimum of 8 words.
The target must NOT interrupt the posts for the capture to be valid; if done so, the posts made before interruption is considered void.
If C/P posts are made, the capture is void.
If a capture is discovered to be a C/P, the council or the captains of the site have grounds as well as rights to free the target in question, that ruling cannot be appealed.
If the target is moated/booted from the room during the posting of the capture, the target is not able to defend itself and in such the capture is considered void.
On the other hand, if the target itself flees from the room, by deliberately hitting the leave button, the capture is valid as such is naught tolerated by the site.
A valid capture in context with the rules above is posted on the boards to be viewed by the captains and the council of the site.
Even if a capture is valid according to the rules above, the capture is not accepted until either the council or the assembly of captains has deemed it valid.
Exceptions are made if the target itself deems it valid and accepts the capture.
If the target itself does not accept, the capture is considered a forced collaring and in such able to be appealed to the council and captains.
Once the capture is deemed void or valid by the captains or the council, (depending on which the appeal is has been turned to), the decision is final and not able to be appealed. |
