The
Dark Alley in Schendi
The rules for this room are as follow:
These streets are a place of danger and darkness. This is Gor at its darkest. A/any and A/all can be captured and made into a slave or killed (however I would advise not killing a collared slave, as it might be a Friend of Mine’s property).
There are rules here that I choose and A/all must obey or be dealt with swiftly.
All slaves and FW captured here will become the property of CU, and wear the {CU} collar, unless brought into the private collar of the captor.
1) no slave needs permission to enter, however if a slave is spoken or gestured to in any manner by a Free, that slave cannot leave until that or another Free releases them.
2) a slave can be captured at any time by any Free and dealt with as They see fit, even killed for disrespect towards a Free. This includes the face stripping of a Free Woman should that FW be acting or suggesting that She would prefer being a slave.
3) capturing a slave or a Free Woman is done in the "3 post" manner (qv); if it is suspected that A/anyone is copying & pasting these posts, then the capture is automatically null and void. This means that there must be THREE uninterrupted posts by the One seeking to capture for the capture to be valid. This also means that there must be THREE uninterrupted posts by the slave/Free Woman to escape. If another Free wishes to interfere They can, although at that point the capture must stop. At this point the Free who is interfering in the forced collaring MUST issue a challenge to the Free who is doing the collaring. Any Free who wishes to ransom a slave caught in the Alley may do so for whatever price the Captor see fit. All Free Women can be faced stripped and collared by Their Free Companion within the "3 post" manner as well. If it is deemed that a capture of a collared slave (ie. Owned by some other Free) was initiated by the slave then the capture will be null and void and both the slave and the Free involved will be unwelcome within CU.
It needs to be noted that a slave has no say in her plight or station; either she is slave or she is not. If she is not then she need not enter into CU.
Note: ALL capture and escape posts must be of at least 6 words in length and make proper sense. Any post that does not meet these requirements will not be considered in the final outcome. If O/one is caught they have a choice, they may submit willingly thus making the capture valid, or they may refuse. If refusal is made, by the rules of CU the capture posts must be posted upon the Captains Board and the capture must then await a final decision by the Master (or Captain) of the Alley. If this is the case, the O/one captured must be bound and await a final decision by the Captain remaining neither free nor owned. During this time, no release nor any attempts of escape will be honored, unless it is dealt by the hand of the One that did the capture. However, A/any that have been caught may be challenged for by Another to the One that did the capture, and then this will refer to the battle rules.
Also note: Capturing of Men is not something that often occurs on Gor, unless done by Panther Women. As it is not often a possibility for Panther Women to be found in Schendi, it will not be found often here. Indeed, ALL such possible cases of Men being the One captured will need to be specially addressed by the Master of the Alley; the decision will be final, and disagreement with that decision will mean that the disagreeing party, especially if the captured Man, will not be welcome in CU.
4) Free Women may ask protection for Their necks from any Man in the Alley; if that protection is given, the Man that gave protection is honor-bound to keep His word, although it will be limited to protection against action from HIM alone. It is the nature of Gor that NO Man can speak for the actions of Another with regard to these kinds of matters. (This, incidentally, is the reason why a challenge must follow if a capture or forced collaring attempt is blocked by another Man.)
5) Battles between Free are of the "3 post" judged manner (qv). There is to be a Captain of CU present to ensure that the fight is an honorable one. The judge’s word is final; there is no appeal. The judge is to post on the Captains Board the outcome of the battle; if the judge does not post the outcome within 24 hours from the battle, then the battle is deemed to be null and void (never happened).
6) I have had installed in the walls of the street slave rings and chains in which you may chain and use a slave. There is also a street side vendor who stocks these drinks: kalda, paga, kalana (red only). All You need to do is command a slave to fetch one these drinks. Since I am generous and sufficiently wealthy, they are free of charge; I pick up the bill.
7) there are no limits here in the Alley: if You take a slave for use then it can be as rough as You please; You may do anything to them here. But be warned - if their Master chooses to come for revenge, You are on Your own and have to face it like a Man. Remember, I am also an Assassin, and if a Friend offers gold for Your head for something You did in MY Alley, I will be very predisposed to accept the contract. 
I reserve the right to kill anyone who is not obeying the rules of the Alley at anytime I deem fit. This applies especially to situations where someone is portraying something clearly non-Gorean - ie magic users and undead... I may do the same for anyone who is just being a non-conforming asshole.
9) I am considering including some full time slaves for this room. They will be made available for the use of any and will be free of charge for use. They will obey or be punished. However, if You kill one of them I will come for Your head regardless of Who You are. Dark Alley slaves will wear the {DA} collar.
10 ) All Free may feel free to send their slave into the streets as punishment; they will learn a lesson here that they will never forget. Remember, though, that You might not get that girl back if she is killed.
11) any slave, except the Dark Alley slaves, must be warned once if she remains that she may be captured, used, chained or killed at any time.
12) If Y/you are looking for extreme Gor, then this is it. Y/you want a "be nice to M/me" Gor, don't even come in here.
13) all slaves belonging to Men of CU (regardless of room that is called Home) will not be taken from Counterurth. Any attempt to do so will be judged to be null and void (again – never happened).
14) By the ruling of the Captains of CU, the Dark Alley is a part of CU as a whole. Any Captain is free from capture and death, as is the Master of the Alley, if here on official business. This means to offer a ruling or make a judgment or to remove anyone.
