Definitions:
 | CounterUrth, meaning all services provided by CounterUrth, including, but not limited
to, chat rooms, e-mail |
| USER - Any user of CounterUrth, whether paying for those services or not. |
In order to protect the users, CounterUrth reserves the right to disable and/or remove
any user for any reason. Here are a some of the reasons, although this is not the total
list for which you may be banned or temporarily removed from CounterUrth.
- Use of a blatantly offensive handle/username.
- Impersonation of others, including CounterUrth members is
forbidden.
- Harassing other Chatters/Users.
- Abusive HTML or Java, including but not limited to: Repeatedly sending extra long text
messages, intentionally leaving tags open. any malicious hacking that makes it difficult
for people to read the screen or interferes with the Chat Software.
- If you are under 18 years old.
- Participation in any activity that is considered illegal by your Local, State, and the
Federal Government.
You agree to the following
| That you are at Least 18 years of age...or a Legal Adult in the area in which you live. |
| You have read and understand this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement will inure to
the benefit of CounterUrth, successors, assigns, and licensees. |
| That you will Not Ever use this chat in order to promote, exchange or otherwise engage
in Child Pornography or Bestiality. |
| You understand that the discussions and postings in the Message Boards and Chat Rooms
may involve language, content, images and themes of an adult nature. |
| CounterUrth reserves the right to change the Terms of service at any time and without
notice. |
| USER understands and agrees that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through
the use of CounterUrth is done at USER's own discretion and risk and that USER will be
solely responsible for any damages to USER's computer system or loss of data that results
in the download of such data content. |
| CounterUrth monitors users Internet Protocol (IP)
numbers and does share them with other chat sites to stop a user from
dualing in more than one site. |
| CounterUrth DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ALL PARTICULAR PURPOSES. |
| IN NO EVENT SHALL CounterUrth OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY CounterUrth, EVEN
IF CounterUrth HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. |
| USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES INCURRED BY
CounterUrth, IN RELATION TO ANY LEGAL ACTION WHATSOVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE
INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY CounterUrth. |
