The great huge log hall is located found at the far end of deep Nordfjord in Torvaldsland. As Y/you enter The Hall Of Solidarity Y/you find Y/yourself at the open end of a "U" shaped gathering of tables made of rough hewn slabs of lumber. The table of the Jarl is farthest from the door and just to the left of the apex of the "U" as Y/you look from the door.
From the walls hang swords, spears, axes, and shields along with animal skins, antlers and trophy heads. Each item can tell its own tale of action and bravery. On the inside of the "U" the stone floor is deeply cushioned with sand where bondmaids dance and Masters challenge Each Other to feats of strength and Warrior prowess. Around the sand are an abundance of furs for the bondmaids to rest upon between serves. In the corner, to the right of the entrance is the servery. At the far end of the servery is a spring where fresh cool water may be taken for the making of blackwyne or for drinking and cleaning. To the left of the spring is a pool where water is diverted for the use and pleasure of the Patrons and bondmaids.
Hear the friendly banter, watch the lovely bondmaids fulfilling the needs of the Masters gathered within. The Hall maintains ka~la~na, blackwyne, mead, and paga. In the firepit Y/you will smell the appetizing whetting aroma of a side of bosk roasting on the spit. There is always a good supply of food for the hungry T/travellers and A/all are welcome. There are alcoves, although W/we encourage lusty action publicly. The Hall is a place of discussion and friendly debate where even a bondmaid may on occasion respectfully interject a thought or two.
B/bullies and
T/those not willing to respect Gorean culture are soon sent on T/their way.
However, the Hall is not just a warm laughter-filled place of restful pleasure.
Behind the table of The Jarl is a raised dais upon which sits the Seat of
Judgement. It is from this thronelike seat that The Jarl , the Magistrate and Praetor
of CounterUrth, declares His decisions on all matters
He is called upon to judge.
The bondmaids Owned by the Hall of Solidarity wear {HS} for the ko-lar, and {hs} if they are in training. The following girls are currently Owned here:
The Hall of Solidarity is a NO KILL ZONE and a NO CAPTURE ZONE. It is a place for drinking and fun. It is located in Torvoldsland.
